Jesper has been CEO of Logpoint since 2009 and has led Logpoint to become one of the dominant SIEM vendors in Europe. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the IT industry and has held top management positions at Telia Company, Dell Computer and Compaq.
His strong customer and partner focus, passion for his employees and strong entrepreneurial spirit helps to spark innovation and growth at Logpoint. He has supplemented his leadership skills with executive management programs at Harvard Business School.
Christian brings years of cybersecurity expertise to his product strategy role at Logpoint. He owns the whole product process from vision, strategy, design, development to marketing. He brings to market products that fulfill the needs of today’s businesses.
Christian also oversees all aspects of the product journey from conceptualization, launch, and post-launch performance. Prior to joining the company, he was the head of network security for the Danish National Police. He is also a guest lecturer on cybersecurity at leading Danish universities. Christian has a Bachelor of IT from the IT University of Copenhagen.
Stefan is responsible for all aspects of corporate finance in Logpoint, scaling, optimizing and strengthening our foundation for growth. He brings a wealth of experience and proven performance to Logpoint based on 30 years of international financial experience with listed and non-listed companies across EMEA, APAC and the US, and collaboration with venture- and equity funds. Stefan is an MBA in Economics from Stockholm University, a state-authorized auditor and a Big 4 veteran.
Nicolai is leading the Logpoint marketing team across all markets. As a native digital marketeer, he is in charge of building and continuously evolving the scalable and highly automated marketing organization in Logpoint.
With a wide range of responsibilities, ranging from overall brand, marketing and social strategy, on- and offline marketing to lead generation, nurturing, and CRM, he is at the heart of Logpoint growth strategy. Nicolai holds a Master’s Degree from Copenhagen Business School and is a Logpoint veteran, having served as project manager, marketing manager, and Head of Marketing for Logpoint Americas.
Jeppe is a seasoned Finance executive focused on the professionalization of High-Growth companies, with experience from the Private Equity space where he has specialized in Strategy development, the creation of growth platforms and process optimization.
In his previous roles within private equity as well as industry, he has worked with portfolio companies in various management roles within Sales, Finance and M&A, including financing and shareholder management. Jeppe holds a degree in Engineering as well as a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance).

Brian is in charge of enhancing the Logpoint customer experience, extending customer use of the Logpoint SIEM solution, and providing partner enablement. He also leads the Logpoint A-team, our technical experts that work across Logpoint global regions with pre- and post-sales support.
Brian has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry in management positions within Sales and Professional Services. He has served as the EVP North America and Global Professional services in Omada and has previously held positions in companies such as Netcompany and Platon (acquired by Deloitte).
Niels is leading engineering efforts across Logpoint locations. He brings unique qualifications to Logpoint in key areas such as Data Science, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning. He holds an MSc in Mathematics and Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Mathematics, and his academic record includes several publications in top scientific journals and research visits to Harvard University and Oxford University. Niels brings ten years of industry experience from companies such as Vestas, Platon (Acquired by Deloitte) and Maersk Line, and he is also a co-founder of startups Reveal and Ontame.io.
SVP Support and Internal IT
Peter contributes with strong technical and managerial skills to his role at Logpoint. He has depth of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, software integration, development and support. Prior to joining Logpoint, he was Head of Operations at the Danish incumbent TDC Hosting for 10 years, managing around 10,000 servers. He also served as a developer and technical project manager at a software company delivering complex newspaper solutions worldwide. Peter holds a Master of Science from Aalborg University, Denmark.
VP Communications and Government Relations
Mads is responsible for Public Relations and Public Affairs, including the relationships to government stakeholders, cybersecurity authorities, and industry associations. He also leads Logpoint collaboration with the global defense industry, including industry co-operation partnerships and strategic business development.
Educated as a journalist, Mads has 20 years of experience in the cross-section between communication and politics and has served in the Danish MoD, and as an advisor to global industry such as Boeing, Oshkosh, Elbit, GDELS, MAN, and AugustaWestland.

Søren founded LogPoint with the intention of building a strong customer-focused organization. His role includes driving operational excellence and growing the business. Søren’s relentless attention to customer satisfaction and establishment of a world-class sales and coaching culture has expanded the global reach of the company. He is deeply involved in developing the overall strategy for the company, and passionately contributing to the product road map. Søren has worked, in the enterprise IT sector since the early nineties having reached many entrepreneurial achievements.
Founding partner, Digital+ Partners
Thomas Jetter is one of the four founding partners of Digital+ Partners and a Managing Director at the Frankfurt Office. He is the leader of the Cyber Security and HR Tech investments. He also chairs the Investment Committee. He has worked on Digital+ Partners investments in VMRay, Starmind, and quantilope. He serves on the board at VMRay and as an observer on the board of Starmind. Prior to founding Digital+ Partners, Thomas spent 13 years of his career in leadership positions at Permira, also running their chemical industry practice and Sirona Dental Systems.
Principal, Evolution Equity Partners
Sylwia is a Principal at Evolution Equity Partners focused on sourcing and monitoring investment opportunities across technology sectors with specific focus on enterprise software and fintech. She is in charge of portfolio management and reporting, performs valuation analysis and due diligence of investments in Europe and in the US.
Sylwia brings over a decade of experience in private equity, corporate finance and investment management gained while working for family offices and boutique financial advisory firms in Spain and Switzerland. She advised on numerous M&A transactions, including turn-around situations, and debt and equity offerings across a diverse set of industries including retail, semiconductor, technology, renewable energy and infrastructure. Responsible for post-acquisition management, she implemented financial and operating improvements working closely with management teams and boards.
She has a M.S. in International Finance from the joint programme of IEB, the London School of Economics Political Science and Wharton Business School and a M.A. in Economics from the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland. Sylwia leads the “Women in Fintech” initiative for the Swiss Finance and Technology Association in Zurich.

Jim Pflaging is the founder and managing partner at Cynergy Partners and has over 30 years of Silicon Valley experience including 15 years as CEO of cybersecurity and data management companies. Jim has a proven track record of translating cybersecurity and related technology, policy, and market dynamics into competitive advantage. Currently, he serves on the board of directors of several leading cybersecurity companies including Coalfire, Imperva, SailPoint, Secure Code Warrior, Sophos, and Veracode. He holds a B.S. in Commerce with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia.

Regional Sales Director – United Kingdom & Ireland, United States & Benelux
Tim is responsible for driving strategic growth in the UK and Ireland, and he is leading the growing team of LogPoint sales, marketing, and technical professionals working out of London. He is passionate about the digital transformation agenda and how it is rapidly changing industries and our working lives. Tim is a seasoned Cybersecurity leader with nearly 20 years of industry experience from senior sales and management positions within high-growth and established vendors, including FireMon, ForeScout, Check Point, McAfee, and IBM.
Regional Sales Director – South EMEA
Christian is leading the development of the South EMEA region at LogPoint and is in charge of the sales and channel network. Christian has nearly 30 years experience in the IT industry including 5 years at Oracle, 7 years at BMC software and 14 years at Sophos. He has proven sales and management experience, and track record of rapidly growing companies within Western Europe.
Regional Sales Director – CEMEA
Sven is a digital–first–minded human. He grew various technology StartUps, ScaleUps, and Enterprise organizations during the last 30 years. At Logpoint, Sven is responsible for building growth across Enterprise Customers and Alliances within a fast–growing and highly competitive marketplace in the CEMEA Region. Sven has held a variety of GTM roles, always in technology companies, and has been successful in building many high-performance teams. Sven is passionate about digital transformation and being customer centric. He strives to help customers to protect their digital assets and make sure they can focus on their core business.
