Certified Logpoint Training
Logpoint offers a wide range of courses to help our customers and partners maximize the value of their Logpoint solution. Training is delivered through our platform, Logpoint Academy, and is designed to meet individual needs by combining on-demand courses with virtual instructor-led sessions.

We offer the following types of training:
- Administrator Training: Available as a virtual instructor-led course (Coming soon: on-demand course).
- User Training: Offered as both on-demand and virtual instructor-led courses.
- Director Training: Available as a virtual instructor-led course (Coming soon: on-demand course).
- SOAR Training: Delivered as an on-demand course.

How Does It Work?
As a Logpoint customer or partner, you automatically gain access to Logpoint Academy using your Service Desk account credentials. On Logpoint Academy, you’ll find free resources, including short how-to videos and recorded Masterclasses. Content is regularly updated to keep you informed.
Certified Logpoint training courses are paid offerings that can be purchased through your local Logpoint sales representative. After placing an order, you’ll receive redemption codes for the purchased training sessions from Logpoint sales representative.
- On-Demand Training: Enter the redemption code on Logpoint Academy to start the course immediately or at your convenience.
- Instructor-Led Training: Use the code to register for an upcoming session that fits your schedule. Information and reminders will be sent via email.

Logpoint Deep Dive courses
The Logpoint Deep Dive is a series of advanced instructor-led courses focusing on in-depth learning.
Throughout the 2-3 hour-long individual sessions, the group addresses complex admin and user responsibilities related to scaling and sizing, troubleshooting, advanced queries, pattern finding, normalization, and much more. And the best part? As a Logpoint partner or customer, you can participate in any Logpoint Deep Dive free of charge. See the available courses and register today!
Logpoint Masterclasses
Available in English, German, French, and Danish, Masterclasses are a series of bite-sized, zero-nonsense sessions that focus on the most relevant security topics and provide you with practical action items. Each Masterclass takes only 30 minutes, with a 20 minutes presentation and 10 minutes of Q&A to adapt to the needs of today’s fast-paced environment. Participating in Logpoint’s training has given me insights into the functionality of the solution. I’m now more aware of best practices and small tweaks, which can make a huge difference and can assist me in implementation and operational efforts. Furthermore, the knowledge shared and obtained by engaging with other training participants has not only provided use case examples but also a network of other Logpoint users, which I can consult if I need a second opinion.
