LogPoint is globally a channel-only company, represented by MSSPs, Sls, and VARs managing trusted relationships with customers in the market. LogPoint partners enroll in a 4-tier program including including Authorized, Silver, Gold and Platinum partner levels

LogPoint provides global support, based on a 4-tier program, ranging from best effort to full global 24/7 support with direct access to our development/engineering team for our partners. Support involves the development of dashboards, reports, and normalizers for new or unknown applications

LogPoint partners are qualified in a 4-tier certification program, including Authorized, Silver, Gold and Platinum partner levels. As of September 1, 2019 more than 1.500 sales consultants and 350 technical consultants across the globe have been LogPoint certified.
